Job Description Al-Futtaim Automall is the Used Car Division of the Al-Futtaim Group and has been developed following extensive customer research, using worldwide best practices with the addition of market-leading customer service which everyone expects from the Al-Futtaim Group. Established in 2001, Al Futtaim Automall has quickly grown to become the multi brand, pre-owned vehicle market leader in the UAE.
Automall's core business is the purchase and sale of used vehicles both to retail and trade customers, with vehicles ranging from economy to prestige. This is conducted through 8 locations across the emirates by a dedicated team of over 160 Associates and trained Sales Consultants to make sure customers make the right decision when buying a used car. It's all about the people and thus our associates remain our biggest investment.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to be based within our Automall Operations, based in Dubai.
In this role you will have following responsibilities:
* Receive Customer Vehicles for Service and Repair Jobs and raise repair orders on Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
* Technically competent to understand the customer needs and requirements and accordingly raise Service Orders.
* Able to provide detailed explanationآ on jobs to be carried out on vehicle.
* Provide detailed explanation andآ technical justification for additional repairs with cost Estimate and obtain approval from customers.
* Ability to advise customers onآ the required vital jobs..
* Should have flair for Selling Valueآ added Services, Service Contracts and accessories.
* Able to make every effort to resolve Customer Complaints and ensure customer has positive ownership experience.
* Regularly follow up with Work Job Category Customer Service & Call Center Job Requirements Experience

Job Skills You will have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
* Preferably you should have degree/ diploma in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years experience as Service Advisor/ Service Consultant in aآ reputed Automotive Dealership.
* You are the front line critical interface with our customers, a professional who understands and believes in customer satisfaction. You will be required to provideآ established standards of Customer Service through diagnostic ability, assessment of repairs/ maintenance and very importantly quality customer care.
* Strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence are critical for this job.
* You should also good in PC Skills/ MS Office and capable of using dealer management systems with minimum training. About The Company
