Search Consultant - Human Resources at Aventus GlobalTitle: Senior Employee Relations AnalystReporting to: Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition ManagerCompany: Confidential (Financial Services related)Senior Employee Relations Analyst required to join a financial services related business based in Abu Dhabi. This individual will be responsible for delivering employee relations administrative activities within the business.Responsibilities:Supporting management with all HR related policies, systems, processes and proceduresIdentify areas within HR that could be improved including systems, processes and practises.Ensuring all reports are prepared timely and accurately.implement and maintain the necessary policies, tools, processes and Human Capital (HC) IT systems to properly manage all types of HR administrative support activities, including payroll, employee benefits, recruitment and training.Address and resolve all HR related employee queries including insurance, leaves and legal queries.Maintain employee records and documentation including work contracts and permitsPreparation of employee contractsEnsure all employees personal files are updated accurately on a regular basisCheck and verify all data related to vacations, sick leave, presence/absenteeism, salary.Mandatory requirements:UAE National applicants onlypreferred background in financial services or related industries5 years of experience in same or similar role minimum
