Employee Relations Specialist

Handle employee relations cases, includingdisciplinary investigations and grievances, in collaboration withthe Senior HR Business Partner.
▪ Ensure fair andconsistent resolution of employee issues, promoting a positive workenvironment.
▪ Draft HR policies and updates asrequired, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives andadhere to industry standards.
▪ Process andrespond to employees' queries in a timely and informativemanner, providing guidance and solutions.
▪ Stayinformed about changes in labour legislation and ensure thecompany's HR practices remaincompliant.
▪ Implement necessary adjustments topolicies and procedures to align with legalrequirements.
▪ Assist in compiling andcompleting HR monthly reports, providing insights into key HRmetrics and trends.
▪ Conduct analysis on variousemployee-related topics to support data-drivendecision-making.
▪ Coordinate with internaldepartments to ensure a smooth exit process for employees leavingthe company.
▪ Facilitate the completion ofnecessary paperwork, clearances, and other exit-relatedtasks.
▪ Collaborate with the Senior HR BusinessPartner and HOD/GM to assist in the annual manpower planningprocess.
▪ Ensure accurate capture of employeedata (current and proposed) based on discussions and meetings.Deliverables/Self-Management Responsibilities:
▪Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussionwith the Line Manager and ensures that the goals are achievedduring the year.
▪ Identifies the training anddevelopment requirements for self and agrees on them with the LineManager to ensure that the required trainings are arranged andattended.
▪ Strives to achieve the highest levelsof proficiency on all the competencies and skills required toperform the role.
MinimumEducation Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or related field.
