Role Overview:We are seeking a Creative Strategist to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media strategies for an exciting portfolio of brands in the innovation space. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and strategic thinker, capable of quickly transforming client briefs into comprehensive social media activation plans.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client briefs and objectives to develop a clear understanding of the campaign goals, target audience, available brand assets & agency resources.Create concise and compelling presentations (5-10 slides) outlining activation strategies for social media, including campaign phases, channels, formats, creative/distribution approach alongside potential influencer collaborations, digital experiences (eg: AR filters, gamification etc) & partnerships.Develop creative briefs for our internal teams, including art directors, content creators, and copywriters, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.Collaborate with the media team to provide strategic guidance for media planning and execution.Present strategies to the client, ensuring clarity and alignment with their objectives and timelines.Manage creative timelines, process, and project communication across departments and share updates to clients on a regular basis.Stay abreast of social media trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.Proactively research and identify innovative tools and methodologies, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.Explore collaborations and partnerships with diverse communities and social publishers to add new dimensions to campaigns.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on social media strategy and activation.Deep understanding of social media platforms, formats, and content trends.Strong research and analytical skills, with a curiosity for leveraging AI and other advanced tools to improve campaign outcomes.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
