My Client are a a creative advertising agency based in the vibrant city of Dubai. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional creative solutions that drive business growth. We are currently seeking a talented and forward-thinking Creative Strategist to join their dynamic team.

**_Job Summary:_**

As a Creative Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing creative concepts that align with clients’ objectives, target audience, and brand values. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers, designers, and copywriters, to deliver integrated and impactful campaigns. Your strategic insights and innovative thinking will be key in shaping and executing effective marketing strategies for clients.

**_Job Responsibilities:_**
- Strategy Development: Research, analyze, and interpret market trends, consumer insights, and competitors to develop strategic recommendations that address client objectives.
- Creative Briefs: Develop comprehensive creative briefs that provide clear direction and guidance to internal teams.
- Campaign Ideation: Brainstorm and conceptualize innovative and engaging campaign ideas that capture the essence of the client’s brand and resonate with the target audience.
- Consumer Insights: Utilize data-driven insights, market research, and consumer behavior analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic recommendations.
- Brand Positioning: Define and articulate brand positioning strategies that differentiate our clients from competitors, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborative Execution: Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life, providing guidance and feedback throughout the creative development process.
- Presentation Skills: Communicate and present strategic recommendations, campaign concepts, and research findings effectively to clients, inspiring confidence in the proposed strategies.
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate campaign success, providing insights for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and incorporate them into our strategies.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative strategy role within an advertising agency or similar environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Creative Flair: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative concepts that push creative boundaries while considering the client’s objectives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
- Collaborative Spirit: A team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Client-Focused: Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the advertising and marketing industry, including digital marketing trends and platforms.
- Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques to derive insights and drive decision-making.
- Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
