Accounts Receivable Accountant

Guided by the OTC Supervisor, your main role is to ensure the punctual delivery of OTC processes, meeting Service Level Agreements for a seamless and efficient customer experience. Additionally, you collaborate closely with the OTC Supervisor, offering insights for optimal delivery solutions aligned with progressive Order to Cash services. Your ability to identify and implement process efficiencies is regarded as a valuable asset in this position.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Business partner with all hotel finance team members and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including Commercial and Operations.Ensures that all necessary supporting documentation is submitted with invoices to substantiate charges and ensures payment is collected in a timely fashionFollows up the collection of inter-hotel billings and Hilton Honors redemptionsPrepare month end aging reports and ensure all reports reconcile and balance against the general ledgerEnsure SOX compliance for Accounts Receivable functionMaintain good communication and working relationship with hotel teamsEffective collection efforts in reducing DSO days and highlight issue accounts to OTC supervisor and hotel teamMonthly balance sheet reconciliations for Accounts Receivable related balance sheet accountsEnsure a smooth operation of billing and collection in full compliance with the policy, regulatory and contractual framework.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned to ensureeffective operations of the CoE

Required Qualifications:
Minimum Education: High school graduateMinimum Years of Experience: 2 years as an AR AccountantFluent in English
