Senior Radio Frequency Engineer

Manage small to medium size projects as per specifications and on time, and according to program manager or head of projects instructions and contractual commitments. This may include SRR, PDR, CDR, FAT, SAT, HAT DRB, Risk Register, Project Implementation Plan, Supplier/Customer Payment schedule.Coordinate and manage tasks required from all stakeholders (suppliers, customers, internal support functions, O&M, signals corps and any related party).Assist project team in production and testing of systems. Ensure that all SATCOM and system integration solutions meet the highest quality standards.Implement accurate testing protocols and review processes to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of our deliverables.Ensure accuracy and completeness of handover package (manuals, test reports, drawings, licenses, inventory, etc.)Collaboration with Cross-Functional Team. Foster collaboration with other departments such as procurement, operations, and project management. Work closely with these teams to ensure a complete approach to YGS projects.Assist in processes built and employ creativity in lesson learned to build the experience needed.Manage customer and suppliers efficiently. Ensure customer's satisfaction. Assist with SGT training programs, assist in all engineering aspects liasing between the delivery team (project manager) and the engineering department.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
Project Management: Creating, reviewing and executing tasks. Take the lead on more intricate SATCOM and system integration projects. Coordinate with related stakeholders to complete tasks efficiently. Holds regular status meetings with Project manager.Technical Understanding: Demonstrating good working knowledge of military satcom system design, operation and maintenance. Maintain knowledge on different Satcom terminals: Flyaway, Fixed terminals, COPT, SOTM and Naval terminals. Overseeing the design, implementation, and troubleshooting phases, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.Time management: Prioritises tasks appropriately. Allocates time (own or team) appropriately to assigned tasks. Carry out tasks efficiently.Client Management: Developing good relationships with client personnel. Understand Client requirements thoroughly and provide technical insights to build lasting relationships.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent, Telecommunications and Electrical are a plus. English - Berlitz Level 8, IELTS 6.0, TOEFL 550 or equivalent. 4+ years in technology related projects, satellite communications or telecommunication is a plus. Military SATCOM experience is a plus.
