Job Title: Director of Maintenance
Job DescriptionJoin our dedicated team in providing top-notch aircraft maintenance. As the Director of Maintenance, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our fleet of aircraft to ensure the safe and timely transportation needs of our clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing inspections, AOG maintenance, managing communications with the FAA and our management team, and ensuring the meticulous documentation of all maintenance and repair actions. Availability during non-standard hours due to our demanding schedule is essential, as is the readiness to travel when necessary.
Hard SkillsMinimum 5 years' experience with aircraft maintenance and inspections specifically on Learjet aircraftMinimum 10 years' experience within the aircraft maintenance industryFamiliarity with FAA regulationsAbility to read and interpret schematics and technical manualsExperience in documentation and record-keepingAble to perform multi-tasking effectively
Soft SkillsStrong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication and team coordinationSelf-motivated with effective time managementAvailability for day shift as well as on-call nights/weekends as required
