Developand implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
Conductproduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our range of ITservices and solutions.
Collaboratewith technical teams to tailor solutions to meet client specifications andaddress their challenges.
Prepareand deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating termsand closing sales deals.
Keepabreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments toidentify potential opportunities for growth.
Meetand exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Provideregular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts tomanagement.
Representthe company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promoteour services and expand our network.
Responsibilities -Farmers
Serveas the primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing a deepunderstanding of their business goals, challenges, and requirements.
Buildand maintain strong relationships with them, ensuring the successfuldelivery of our IT solutions and services
Buildand nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within clientorganizations, including C-level executives, department heads, and projectmanagers.
Collaboratewith internal teams, including sales, delivery, and technical support, toensure alignment with client needs and expectations.
Act asa trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and insights onhow our IT solutions can address their business needs and drive value.
Leadthe development and execution of account plans, outlining strategies forclient engagement, growth, and retention.
Drivethe sales process for upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working closelywith the sales team to identify and pursue additional revenue streams.
Proactivelyidentify risks and issues impacting client satisfaction or projectdelivery, and work with internal teams to address them in a timely manner.
Monitorkey performance metrics, such as client satisfaction scores, projecttimelines, and financial targets, and take proactive measures to ensuresuccess.
Prepareand deliver regular business reviews and status updates to clients,highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations forimprovement.
Stayabreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitoractivities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Proactivelyidentify and target potential clients through market research, coldcalling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
Buildand maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, tracking progress andmanaging opportunities through the sales cycle.
Conductthorough needs assessments and discovery meetings with prospective clientsto understand their business challenges and IT requirements.
Articulatethe value proposition of our IT services and solutions, effectivelydifferentiating us from competitors.
Developand deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrationstailored to the needs and priorities of each prospect.
Collaboratewith internal teams, including sales support, technical experts, andleadership, to develop customized solutions and pricing strategies.
Negotiatecontract terms and close deals with prospective clients, meeting orexceeding sales targets and quotas.
Maintainup-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, andcompetitive landscape to identify new opportunities for businessdevelopment.
Provideregular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, andforecasts to management.
Representthe company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions topromote our brand and expand our market presence. Requirements Who is the IdealCandidate
Provenexperience in client-facing roles, with a minimum of 5 years in accountmanagement, client services, or sales.
Strongunderstanding of IT services and solutions, including softwaredevelopment, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulatetechnical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Demonstratedability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels ofan organization.
Strategicthinker with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth andexpansion within existing client accounts.
Strongproblem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering win-winsolutions for clients and the company.
Highlyorganized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clientaccounts and projects simultaneously.
Proficiencyin CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingnessto travel to client sites as needed.
Preferableexperience in Telecom/ Banking / Insurance / Retail / Automotive /Freezones & Government sectors
Passionate about technology and innovation.
Salesexperience in the UAE market is essential and Holding a valid drivinglicense.
Musthave UAE driving License and should have own mode of transport.
