**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out and develop new clients through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, providing expert advice and assistance.
- Conduct property viewings, showcasing properties' unique features and benefits.
- Analyze market trends and stay up-to-date with the latest property regulations and legal requirements.
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate smooth transactions for both buyers and sellers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with property developers, landlords, and other industry professionals to expand our property listings.
- Utilize various marketing channels to promote properties and attract potential buyers and renters.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Real Estate Broker in Dubai or a similar competitive real estate market is preferred.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, regulations, and local property laws is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle for property viewings is preferred.
