Job Purpose
:
In the assigned roleof Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and growing ourmost important key client accounts assigned to you in this role. You will buildand maintain a strong trusted relationships with clients. You will be a singlepoint of contact for all key client matters, understands clients needsclearly, work within the organization to ensure clients timelines, and help clientsto be successful.
Duties/Responsibilities
:
Developnew key accounts and maintain existing key account relationships between majorkey clients and organizations.
Owns anassigned list of key customers, named accounts, and other accounts. End to Endownership of key accounts and named accounts
Identifynew projects and orders in the pipeline with key accounts based on relationship andcontinuous communication.
DeliversYear-on-Year aggressive Sales target growth for data communication products andsolutions, for Industrial Automation projects and applications, to variouscustomers and markets within the Middle East Territory.
Understandand support key client requirements, and resolve queries to gain maximum confidenceand to maximize business profits.
Identifyand develop local system integrators and partners to increase satisfaction withEasy World products and ensure successful implementation and support.
Responsible for driving the specification of Easy World in OEM design, End-user projects, andstandards, ensuring our brands are registered/listed with and approved bymajor end users/government entities.
Meetcustomers regularly and update them about our products and services.
Maintainat all times CRM system, ensuring all leads and opportunities are registeredand followed up always, updated with relevant accurate data.
Closelywork with procurement, logistics, finance, sales, and management teams forplacement of orders, deliveries, finance payment collections, and exceptionapprovals.
Maintainsand shares up to date knowledge of brands, systems, processes, and policies.
Followsall Easy World Group policies and procedures at all times.
CollectCustomer Surveys and analyze, record customer complaints, and take correctiveaction
Awarenessof Quality Policy, Objectives, and relevant procedures
RequiredSkills/Abilities:
Strongbusiness acumen and commercial understanding
ExcellentInterpersonal and Social Skills and ability to build a network and teamenvironment in an organization.
Excellentin Sales Strategy, Sales forecasting, Market mapping, Data analysis &Negotiation skills.
Shouldhave prior work experience managing & developing key accounts, branddistribution, identifying prospects of projects, having worked directly withkey senior members in government sectors.
Technicalknowledge of Industrial Automation, PLC, SCADA, Networking, CCTV & WirelessTechnology.
Workingexperience with Automation Plants, Electric Power, Water and Gas Utilities, Oil& Gas, Transportation (Road, Airports, Ports, Railways, Metro), and Government(Mission Critical, Harsh Environment, High Availability) is preferred.
Shouldbe Competitive, self-driven, ambitious, goal/target oriented, resilient,strategic thinker, & execution driven.
Shouldbe Disciplined, focused, punctual, organized, and target oriented.
Maintainsexcellent working relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers, andvendors.
Shouldbe ready and flexible to travel as per business requirements.
Educationand Experience:
UniversityDegree in Sales / Business Management from a recognized university
PriorExperience working in the distribution of Industrial automation, Networking,Wireless, CCTV, and Telecommunication product sales is preferred
Thoroughknowledge of local and international laws, regulations, and policies regardingcustoms, excise, taxes, and internal company processes.
SnAccount Manager: 8-10 years of work experience as an Account Manager in a Similarindustry.
KeyAccount Manager: 5-7 years of work experience as an Account Manager in a similar industry.#J-18808-Ljbffr
