The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Marketing Manager to join our team in UAE-Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in the FRP/GRP/FIBER Composite Products and Cable Accessory industry and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue and market share. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales and marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. - Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of success, collaboration, and ongoing professional development. - Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies in alignment with the company’s goals, focusing on maximizing growth and market penetration. - Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities and understand competitive dynamics. - Oversee client relationship management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Manage financial aspects of the sales and marketing department, including budgeting and forecasting. - Engage in high-level negotiations and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Direct the team in achieving set targets and objectives, providing guidance and support as needed. - Regularly report on team performance, market trends, and sales results to the leadership team. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market presence in the FRP/GRP/FIBER Composite Products and Cable Accessory industry. - Lead and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to drive performance and achieve individual and team targets. - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. - Collaborate with the product development and operations teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing strategies and product offerings. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. - Conduct regular sales and marketing performance reviews and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. - Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies, pricing, and promotional activities. - Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and regulations to proactively adapt sales and marketing strategies and tactics. - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential customers and partners.
Requirements
Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 10-15 years of sales & marketing experience in the UAE, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry within UAE. - Technical knowledge of FRP/GRP/FIBER Composite Products, Cable Accessories, U Channels, Cable Seals and related products. - Proven track record in sales and marketing management, business development, and team leadership. - Strong understanding of market dynamics, financial planning, and strategy development. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus. - Valid UAE driving license. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. - Proven track record of success in sales and marketing management, preferably in the FRP/GRP/FIBER Composite Products and Cable Accessory industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of sales and marketing professionals. - Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence internal and external stakeholders. - Proficiency in CRM software, marketing analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite. - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices. - Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support the sales and marketing team.
