Requirements:
Previous experience as a Luggage Porter / Bell Attendant beneficial, but not requiredEscort guests to their roomCo-operation with hotel’s Departments Housekeeping, Engineering, F&BEnsure the prompt and efficient handling off all guest luggage on arrival, during stay, departure and the luggage store, ensure safety and security of guest luggageEscorts guests to their roomsReview log book, verify outstanding and follow up pendingTurn in keys and pager to Department Head when shift endsEscort guests to rooms and familiarize them with hotel services and amenities (hours of restaurants, bars, exercise room, etc)Ensure associate is following Renaissance Anticipatory Service program and expectationsFunction as a valet parking attendant, room service attendant and doorperson as needed
Responsibilities:
Greeting arriving guests and assists them with their luggageEscorting guests to their rooms, explaining the room facilitiesDeliver luggage, messages, faxes and packages to the guests and to undertake various other requests ensuring guest satisfactionConveyance departing guests’ luggage from the room to the lobby, ensuring that the guest has verified that all luggagehave been accounted for
