Will be responsible for presenting products in a way that attracts customers and maximizes sales. On top of the visual merchandising duties, the incumbent is also required to run and manage the shopfloor.What you will do: Create and adapt visual merchandising proposals according to these priorities. And create a unified and tailored solution for the different types of storesIn-charge of merchandising the store in accordance guidelines and promote new lines effectivelyWork closely with the operation team to ensure that the best RFID practice is always in placeControl product levels in stores and communicate with the commercial managerSupport customer service with product, knowledge, and awareness of the following:New ArrivalsRanking of best sellerOffering AlternativeResolve customer queries as they arise and refer to senior management when necessary CommercialityCoordinate with Commercial Director to develop the commercial/merchandising skills of the Commercials and Managers. Also, work on the improvement of the Sales and product trainings for all stores in your areaAnalysing the sales reports to identify priorities to work during the following days (opportunities, potential and problem subfamilies)Supports the commercial manager to identify and action creative and visual ideas for the storeAnalyse daily information and react to it accordinglyGather feedback from Commercials and Store Managers on the week’s proposals and make improvements TasksMaintain responsibility for one or several sections of the store as instructed by your Manager keeping a basic image of the area (folding and displaying)Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently, accurately, and quickly in all payment methodsEnsure that good housekeeping standards are maintained on the shop floor when required and ensure that the Cash desk areas are replenished and kept tidy throughout the dayEnsure that customers are acknowledged and receive a quality services either face to face or over the telephoneMaintain excellent standards in the stockroom by organizing andPrepare and follow up for delivery preparations and executionsUpkeep with season trends and markets challenges/surveyProvide updates and comm on products focus and arranging the stockroom efficientlyContinually develop stocks knowledge and promotions throughout the storeTo deliver excellent customer services to achieve store sales target and proved great customer experience Required Skills to be SuccessfulInnovative - Generates suggestions for improving workA good sense of design, color, style and fashionVisual flair and creative thinking requiredStrong systematic organized to approach to workArticulate and good communication skillsWhat equips you for the role: Commitment HoursFlexibility to work varied hours including weekends and public holidays (shift work, retail hours)Operation starts as early as 8am, and ends as late as or at 11pmPrevious fashion retail experience and/or excellent customer service experience preferredAbout Al-Futtaim RetailAl-Futtaim Retail has established itself as one of the leaders in Retail across the Middle East, Africa & Asia over the past 30 years.
