As an Identity and Access Management Executive, you’ll utilise your keen eye for detail and logical approach to governing access management throughout Deriv. Join us in achieving seamless access management policies and procedures as we evolve our processes incorporating industry best practices.Identity and Access Management (IAM) Executive | Deriv Dubai | Apply NowRegularly update and manage the Role Based Access Control (RBAC) Matrix.Assess systems for appropriate access levels and permissions. Use the ‘need-to-know’ principle to strike the right balance between operational needs and security.Inspect access at various user lifecycle stages routinely. Ensure that necessary access rights are granted or revoked as needed.Examine access requests for critical and sensitive systems before granting permissions.Drive continuous improvements in our access management processes. Implement and adapt relevant frameworks to enhance governance in this area.Record findings from access reviews and maintain comprehensive documentation on access management processes.Requirements2+ years of experience in related roles, preferably in technical positions or audit functionsAdequate understanding of identity and access management principlesComprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end user identity lifecycleA natural aptitude for quickly grasping and applying new informationAn openness to changes across the group and the ability to adapt swiftlyProficiency in documentation, ensuring clarity and comprehensivenessAbility to express ideas and viewpoints professionally and effectivelyStrong interpersonal capabilities to engage and manage diverse stakeholdersSound judgment and logical reasoning in decision-making processesCapacity to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work autonomously with minimal oversightExcellent spoken and written English communication skillsDon’t miss out on this exciting opportunity – apply now at dubaiofferz.com
