The Senior Client Advisor represents the Company with clients. He/She is a professional in the sales of Luxury Goods, puts his/her talent at the Company service and for the satisfaction and loyalty of every customer. He/She will be asked to utilize his/her expertise to boost revenue through strategic client engagement and proficient sales techniques. He/She cooperates for reaching the qualitative and quantitative goals set in his/her department and in the store.
RESPONSABILITIES
Aim of his role
- To offer the customer a pleasant experience, through an efficient and friendly attitude; however, always under the guidance of the team and their superiors.
- must represent the brand, have a professional attitude, captivate the customers, keep the standards of the store, act actively in the sales, work in the team.
- is responsible for all the activities that are part of the business (stock, sales, supply of goods, cash register management, visual activities).
- Responsible for the sales process following the Company standards (“Loro Piana Selling Ceremony”)
- Provides and maintains a high level of customer service
- Help to run all activities in the store (describing goods, supplying the stock, general running of the store, keeping the cash book).
- Work as part of a team to maximise the income of the store
- Demonstrate and respect the most successful operations and methods of the company and vendors
Product
- Have a good knowledge of the product, good customer service, friendly and efficient attitude in order to maximise the daily operation of the company.
- Have accurate knowledge of the product and be able to express it. Good sales skills and operational skills to increase sales and profit
- Communicate all requirements and market trends to the Store Manager
Client Management and CRM
- Continuously deliver Loro Piana brand to our customers and colleagues
- Encourage customers to join our mailing list
- As a member of the team, work to achieve the company's objectives, paying particular attention to the "relationship with the customer".
- Show legendary service to the customer and give preference to activities that serve to satisfy the customer, in order to increase sales and prevent loss of profit.
- Actively promote the company standards
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Relevant work experience as Client Advisor in a luxury boutique
Aligned with the Brand identity and detail oriented
Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and Brand
Excellent interpersonal, teamworking and problem solving skills
Good stress management, flexibility and adaptability
Fluent English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus
He/She will be also responsible for the following:
Stock
- Assist in maintaining the stock in an orderly manner to increase sales.
Visual
- Understand the business principles of visual merchandising (the discipline of presenting merchandise in the best possible way to achieve the best results).
- Assist the Store Manager in the process of merchandising and displaying merchandise to increase sales#J-18808-Ljbffr
