KEYACCOUNTABILITIES:
JobSpecific Accountabilities
OperationsManagement
•
Directand control all operations of the Supply, Logistics and Inventory Managementfunctions to assure alignment with overall commercial strategy and sales plans.
•
Overseepreparation of daily product distribution program for prompt delivery of productsto depots and customers as per requirements in coordination with Sales, Regionsand Commercial Divisions.
•
Manageand assure timely availability of sufficient stock of Lubricant products inassigned terminals, depots, stations, and customer locations in coordinationwith internal stakeholders, whilst ensuring effective loss control, qualitycontrol and safe handling of products and equipment.
•
Direct,coordinate and supervise the activities of Product Supply staff to ensurecontinuous and uninterrupted supply of products to all depots, Service Stationsand customers sites.
•
Manageeffective and timely liaison with productions & operations to ensureavailability of products as per requirements; ensuring quality of products isas per Company Sales Specifications.
•
ApproveQuantity Certificate in accordance with received quantities, and contractor’shaulage statements on delivery/receipt of product.
•
Ensureprompt follow up of PDN/PTNs, and timely update of registers and database,validating that cancellations and errors in issuing PDN/PTNs are minimised andreasons for cancellation are recorded and forwarded to Product Supply forfurther action.
•
Monitordaily dispatch report for pending deliveries and ensure that all deliveryorders have been cleared.
•
Ensureoptimal utilisation of company and contractor road tankers for delivery ofproducts.
•
Coordinateand follows up contamination, spillage and sucking of products at customers andfilling stations.
•
Reviewand approves haulage contractor vehicles records and monthly vehicleperformance reports to validate alignment with defined service levelagreements.
•
Ensuresafe handling and safe operation of all equipment and installations inaccordance with H&SE regulations.
•
Controland follow up daily pumpable stock position of various products in all depotsand storages as per schedules and that all necessary quality checks are carriedout in accordance with procedures.
•
Attendany emergency situations (including road accidents, serious breakdowns,spillage, etc.) involving any company or contractor vehicles transportingproducts to customers, or depots in line with the HSE guidelines.
•
Leadthe effective coordination with Maintenance and HSE for any maintenance ormodification needs of all static equipment and installations as well aspipelines.
•
Pre-qualificationof vendors in coordination with concern departments.
•
Supportthe Lubricants Division for long/short term contracts & evaluations ofservice providers.
•
Monitor& control Base Oil storage facilities & transportations with thirdparty provider.
•
Control& follow up with procurement division of arranging queries goods &additives on requested date.
•
Monitor& control end to end procurement transactions & provide detail reports.
•
Laissewith the suppliers for continuous business support.
•
Followup & make sure of registration of new vendors for business purpose.
•
Closecoordination with finance for products costing & formulations.

Bachelor’sDegree in Engineering or equivalent.
MinimumExperience & Knowledge & Skills

10years of experience in Refinery Depot operations, of which at least 5 years ina managerial role,preferably in the retail sector or in a similar environment

Deepknowledge of business workflows, operations processes and systems.

Experienceof developing strategic plans for service-based industry.

Strongexperience in project management and the execution of complex projects that arecritical to the delivery of business strategies and goals.
