JOB PURPOSE
Strategizing and implementing CSR programs in Dubai, focusing on sustainability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
·Leading the industry in value driver, evidence based, effective CSR
oPartnership with various organizations – NGOs, Foundations, Corporates, Government for collaboration in volunteering activities
·Employee (Internal) Engagements
oAnnual Activity Calendar: Planning and implementing 1-2 activities per month relating to UN recognized days and corelating with global office activity in coordination with various stakeholders. Aligned with CSR deliverables and budget
oEnergizers (Employees volunteers’ cohort with commitment for CSR work): Identification of energizers annually, energizer engagement, monthly meetings, and initiative planning
oEmployee Volunteering: Build and implement the volunteering based CSR strategy, manage and promote employee volunteering including skills-based, individual volunteering and management of HCMS volunteering platform, coordination with internal stakeholders.
·Sustainability
oUndertaking programs in India for developing sustainable practices for offices including recycling
oMapping carbon footprint- creating a carbon neutral plan
oCreating communication materials such as Sustainability Flyers that showcase Sustainability efforts with data driven insights for internal audiences
oManagement of Sustainability data from India offices
·Provide support to External Engagements
oCertifications
oAwards
