Provide DevOps expertise with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to continuously build, test, and deploy to cloud platforms.Perform scripting to resolve automation issues and/or deployment issues related to the AWS Cloud Platform and GitLabResponsible for evaluating cloud-based technical solutions/designs in accordance with client requirementsProvide expertise to monitor the designing and engineering of infrastructure and applications to the CloudResponsible for ensuring that all vendor cloud solutions comply with industry and Government-mandated security protocols, controls, and best-practicesWork closely with Cybersecurity resources to document controls, support accreditation, Interim Authorization to Test (IATT) and Authority to Operate (ATO) documentation and provide metrics to comply with auditsResponsible for escalating issues, problems, risks, and constraints to the appropriate levels for clarification and resolutionPerform unsupervised, hands-on work in DoD based cloud environmentsWork independently within team environments to set up and maintain cloud architecturesManage multiple and competing customer priorities with little supervisionDevelop High Availability and Disaster Recovery processes in accordance with government and industry guidelinesHelp establish DevSecOps Pipelines within the Gov Cloud FrameworkRequiredQualificationsBachelor’s degree in related technical disciplineMinimum 3-10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, executing, and supporting AWS environmentHands-on experience with platform engineeringExtensive knowledge of scripting to Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines within GitLabFluent in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and BashSecret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance, for which one must be a US citizen.Master’s degree in related fieldAWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or similar certification(s)Experience working secure environmentsExperience with security requirements in a federal IT environment, including FedRAMP-certified providers and FISMA requirements for acquiring an ATOExperience with Agile and containerization methodologies or strategies Disclaimer: Drjobs.ae
