We also specialize in investing in off-plan projects across the Middle East, covering Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.Job DescriptionThis opportunity is for an experienced Director of Property Manager to build and grow a residential and commercial property portfolio from scratch. Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and related laws is essential.Roles and Responsibilities
Attract new Landlords for Property Management services.Initiate and manage marketing initiatives, prepare client proposals, and conduct client presentations for business development.Market and promote properties using various means such as internet, newspaper, brochures, and working with relocation agents.Process rental applications including screening of applicants and discussions with landlords.Participate in hiring process of Property Management team members.Handle lease negotiations, preparation of tenancy agreements, and DEWA bill payments on behalf of Landlords.Conduct inspections and maintenance of properties, liaising with service providers for repairs and renovations.Maximize revenue by maintaining high occupancy rates, liaising with strata, government departments, and industry bodies.Develop good relationships with landlords, attend to tenants' complaints promptly, and monitor rent payments.Maintain accurate filing system and software records, handle communication with stakeholders professionally.
RequirementsExperience: 5+ years in property managementKnowledge: In-depth knowledge of Dubai property market, RERA certificationSkills: High computer literacy, property management software/CRM experience, excellent presentation skillsLanguage: Excellent written and spoken EnglishBenefits
