Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as an Estimation Engineer located in Sharjah. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, technical drawings, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, provide customized solutions, and ensure project requirements are met. The Estimation Engineer will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy in forecasting costs for both small and large projects. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related fieldMinimum 5 years of relevant work experience in estimation or construction managementExcellent knowledge of estimating software, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Office and Primavera P6Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accuratelyExperience with bidding procedures, contract management, and project life cyclesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamFamiliarity with relevant construction regulations, codes, and standardsAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment Employment Type Full-timeJob SpecificationIVAI Corporation (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Assistant Estimator in the field of Engineering in one of their office located in Sharjah - United Arab Emirates.
