Talent Acquisition Manager at Orange City Properties LLC | Luxury Properties DubaiAbout the jobAre you looking to work in Luxury Real Estate or are you already working in Luxury Real Estate and want a new challenge?Then come and Join orange city properties a reputable and respected agency .Duties:• Outbound calls to sellers/landlords.• Arranging market appraisal’s and pictures for the listing.• Listing properties on our state-of-art CRM (Pixxi) for marketing purposes.• Handling enquiries from prospective buyers and tenants.• Qualifying clients and conducting viewings.• Negotiating deals between the two parties.• Maintain accurate records on properties, clients and owners• Consistently hit KPIs for calls, listings, viewings and deals.• Working hours of 9am-6pm Monday - Friday.Do you possess any of these attributes:• A real 'go-getter’ attitude with the passion and desire to succeed.• A strong mindset and prepared for this fast-paced market.• Individuals must be upbeat, positive, punctual and ready for a challenge.• Be a good communicator in both spoken and written English.What we off as a Relocation Package:• In house training from experts and senior .• 50% commission rising to 55% when promoted to senior.• Online learning platform.• Medical insurance provided.• Guaranteed leads and database to contact.• Free admin and marketing support.• Positive and energetic working environment.• Assistance with RERA training course.• Monthly, quarterly and yearly incentives.
