  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of highly qualified Talent Acquisition Partners, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success in attracting and hiring top talent across geographies.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and senior leaders, to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition partners to enhance our sourcing capabilities when needed.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and proactively recommend innovative approaches to attract and retain top talent.
  • Partner with above-market resourcing team on the use of digital and social media channels to source high quality talent and position the company (or business entity) as an employer of choice.
  • Drive & Implement Digitalization in recruitment.
  • Partner with the HR team to ensure alignment between talent acquisition and other HR functions, such as onboarding, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and manage the talent acquisition budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our organization's culture, values, and employer brand to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a regional talent acquisition team.
  • Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Strong knowledge of global recruitment practices, including experience hiring across multiple countries and cultures.
