We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and payroll to benefits administration and file management.Onboarding: Coordinate and execute new employee onboarding processes, including:
Pre-employment formalities (documentation, background checks)
Employee arrangements and scheduling for duty joining dates.Data Management: Perform monthly checks to ensure alignment of data entries. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both physical and digital formats.Payroll: Submit complete payroll deductions to the payroll department every month.Benefits Administration: Manage new employee conversions into benefits programs for all territories and UAE. Administer medical insurance (new policies, cancellations, and renewals). o Manage travel and life insurance policies for employees. Additional Responsibilities: Process rental assistance requests for HRA (new and renewals).Assist with other HR and ADMIN projects and tasks as assigned.
