Description:Trade Finance is a very crucial aspect for Business banking customers with at least a third of all Emirates NBD customers under Business Banking using a trade finance product Trade advisory and sales is a key value addition to the Business Banking proposition. The incumbent will be responsible for acquisition of new client relationships from Relationship Officers upgrades from mass segment maintenance and growth of existing client relationships meeting Revenue targets for Assets Liabilities and crosssell Achieve high levels of service standards and maximize client satisfaction and ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank and antimoney laundering regulations.Job Requirements:
3 5 years of banking experience preferably in an RM roleDeliver all the budgeted targets for revenue profit assetdeposit growth customer acquisition and cross sellAchieve Business Banking business goals as specified in the annual objectivesIdentify opportunities for sales and provide strategic direction to Relationship OfficersFarm and grow the accounts which have been opened by Relationship Officers and convert them into a profitable proposition for the bankEnsure maximum penetration of the local market including NTB customersFocus on present customer base to enhance the asset and revenue books of the segmentProviding timely advisory services to customers on various Trade and Treasury products and linking twoEnsure minimum TATs and ensure service excellenceTo be conversant with the full range of SME bankingAssisting the clients in resolving their issues with regard to trade assets insurance and investmentsAccountable for regular monitoring of client satisfaction and service quality levelsTo be fully aware of all policies relating to operational risk sales processes credit policy antimisselling etc andcomply with the sameTo be responsible for ensuring uptodate compliance KYC and client profile for each client as well as maintaining ahigh level of confidentiality at all timesTo be responsible for assessing customer risk suitability of products and explaining appropriate products andservices to meet client requirementsTo safeguard the reputation of Emirates NBD by employing best practices and acting in a professional manner at all timesTo document all meetings and contribute to the reporting processes established in the teamTo have full awareness of all policies and procedures issued in relation to credit lending money launderingprevention and KYC
