Requirements:- 7 years of experience in a customer support or chat support role- Proven experience managing a team of chat support agents- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor team members- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and remote work environment- Confident and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service- Strong teamwork and cooperation skills- Ability to adapt to change with speed and efficiency
