Based centrally in Sydney our Portfolio of hotels spans across four states. If finance is your expertise this is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand and stretch that expertise.What you will be doing :Manage the day-to-day Hub finance operations of the SB2 Portfolio of hotels.Develop and monitor all financial SOPs for the Hotel with a view to improving andstreamlining procedures.Train, develop and manage the Finance team ensuring compliance, accuracy, andfinancial integrity at all levels.Cooperate with all other departments offering support information on financematters as required.QualificationsYour Skills and experience include:Minimum 2 years FC experiences or 4 years Assistant FC experiences, which issuitable a FC in standalone hotel or experienced Assistant FC.Experiences in AR, AP, Accounting, and audit in hotel environmentSolid system experiences for Opera, Sun, F&B POS etc. hotel systemsPrevious Hotel experience essentialTeam management experiences essentialAdditional InformationWhat’s in it for youAn opportunity to Work Your Way, Learn Your Way and experience Benefits Your Way at AccorAbility to really contribute and feel pride in knowing you have made a difference to the greater good of the Hotel OperationWork alongside passionate industry professionalsBe mentored by experienced Accor Hospitality professionals who want to see you succeedOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
