Job Title: NDT Engineer (Level II or Level III PCN Certified)Location: DubaiPosition Overview:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced NDT Engineer with Level II or Level III PCN Certification in Visual Testing (VT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) with an engineering background. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of the products through non-destructive testing methods.Key Responsibilities:
Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections using VT, MT, PT, and UT methods according to established procedures and standards.Interpret and evaluate test results to determine the presence and extent of defects or discontinuities.Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting findings, observations, and recommendations for corrective actions.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and address quality issues and process improvements.Maintain NDT equipment in proper working condition and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.Provide technical guidance and training to junior NDT technicians as needed.
Qualifications:
Level II or Level III PCN Certification in VT, MT, PT, and UT.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.2-3 years of experience in non-destructive testing and experience to attend EIAC audit.Strong knowledge of NDT techniques, principles, and procedures.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proven experience in developing and updating NDT procedures in compliance with industry standards and regulations.Familiarity with relevant standards such as ASTM and ISO.
