From product launches and fashion shows to trade exhibitions and non-profit fundraisers, brandME brings distinctive innovation and creativity to all our projects and our clients.We are a group of hard-working, independent, and passionate problem-solvers who live to build brands and make businesses grow through creativity and technology.SummaryWe are looking for a trustworthy Operation Executive to help us manage the project and ensure it is delivered on time before the event or exhibition date. Operation Executive responsibilities include involving in the full project cycle, starting from planning, sourcing, budgeting, production, set up, and dismantling within the budget and timeline given. Other than that, the Operation Executive also needs to be able to have quick problem-solving skills to prevent any delay in production and deliver the setup on time. Job Description• Manage and allocate on-site setup, show day standby, and on-site dismantle to fulfill customer requirements and meet customer expectations. • Carry out fast and accurate registration processes.• Manage the preparation for the handover of venues by the time given.• Negotiate with 3rd party vendors to achieve targeted profit without compromising the project quality and safety features.• Develop initial logistics and transportation plans to support event plans.• Ensure events follow all local security, workplace safety, and health regulations and requirements.• Manage the event logistics plans with event organizers and vendors.• Manage the flow of volunteers’ movement and brief them with their job descriptions.• Perform initial check-up of vendors' event deliverables to guarantee quality standards.• Report security threats to management during events.• Work with event organizers to execute events.• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure the project is delivered as planned. Job Requirement• MUST possess own transport• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers and vendors.• A good business communication skills, i.e., email, letters, reports, presentations, etc. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.• Able to speak and write professional English. Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, or other languages will be an added advantage.• Possess own transport to travel around Klang Valley.• Skillful in Microsoft applications, especially with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.• Able to travel overseas when required.• Time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure.• Problem-solving skills and diplomacy.• Strong communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills.• Ability to manage budget efficiently.• Flexibility to adapt to market trends in event/exhibition material• EPF and Perkeso contribution*Candidates with Exhibition or Event experiences or relevant fields will be prioritized*Interns are welcome
