The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of all MEP projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for MEP projects in Abu Dhabi.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications.
- Lead, mentor, and train QA/QC team members to promote a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection reports, test plans, and quality control procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, codes, and regulations related to MEP quality assurance and quality control.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in a QA/QC leadership role within the MEP industry, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP quality management systems, standards, and regulations.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex technical data, identify quality issues, and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quality documentation and reporting.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of quality assurance and quality control.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
