- Maintain comprehensive QA/QC records, including test results, inspection reports, and certifications.
- Prepare and submit detailed quality reports to project stakeholders.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and manage the QA/QC team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct training sessions for team members and other project staff on QA/QC procedures and best practices.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the project team.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate QA/QC requirements and expectations to all project stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings to provide updates on quality issues and progress.
- **Testing and Inspection**:

- Oversee all testing and inspection activities, including material testing, welding inspections, and non-destructive testing.
- Review and approve test plans and inspection procedures.
- Ensure that all testing and inspection equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes to building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare for and participate in external audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the construction industryin GCC countries.
- Proven track record of successfully managing QA/QC processes on large construction projects.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in QA/QC software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to work on construction sites and conduct inspections.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to perform inspections and testing activities.

Work Environment:

- The QA/QC Manager will primarily work on construction sites and may also spend time in an office environment.
- The role may require extended hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on project demands.

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
