In this role you will be responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy, building long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issuing, identifying and developing sales opportunities.This position reports toChannel Manager - Distribution - UAEYour responsibilitiesSelling products/systems to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups, focus on selling the complete wiring accessories products and solutions, enclosed isolators to customers in construction and infrastructure projects, contractors focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Division/Product GroupsEstablishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering and aligning to provide a solution, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales processPreparing sales plans using company tools, performing regular status reviews and proposing recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfallsCreating added value for the customer and ABB and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques, communicating details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions)Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers, identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensuring know- how sharing and cross-collaborationManaging administrative procedures in sales processes and supporting collection and project management activities when needed, preparing offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the marketing manager and ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditionsYour backgroundBachelor’s degree in engineering, Business administration or equivalentMinimum 4-6 years’ experience as sales experience in selling wiring accessories in project segmentPrior experience in dealing with the major interior designers, Architects, consultants , contractors and end users in UAE marketFluency in English language is mandatoryBenefitsRetirement planMore about usABB Smart Buildings digitally transforms commercial, industrial and residential buildings for the highest comfort, efficiency, safety and security - enhancing quality of life in buildings of the future through safe, smart and sustainable electrification solutions, services and products.
