We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to join our team. As a Human Resource Assistant, you will provide vital support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR administrative tasks. Your strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and ability to communicate effectively will contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient HR department.Responsibilities:Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checksCoordinate and assist in new employee onboarding, including preparing offer letters, collecting new hire paperwork, and conducting orientation sessionsMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic, ensuring compliance with data protection regulationsAssist in administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perksSupport HR activities related to employee training and development, including coordinating training sessions and maintaining training recordsAssist in employee relations by addressing general inquiries, resolving minor issues, and escalating complex matters to the HR ManagerHelp organize employee engagement initiatives, such as company events, team-building activities, and recognition programsAssist with HR administrative tasks, including preparing HR documents, updating employee files, and generating HR reports as neededStay updated on labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices to ensure compliance with applicable policiesMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and proceduresStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAttention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keepingProficient in using HRIS systems and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a teamAvailability to work full-time/part-time hours, as required#J-18808-Ljbffr
