MCG Talent are looking for an Internal Communication Manager with experience working specifically in employee engagement. This is Hybrid role between Saudi and Dubai and requires someone who can start on short notice. It is a Fixed Term Contract initially for 3 months but could be extended. DescriptionEstablish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managersEnsure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholdersPlan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, monthly magazine or regular email bulletin. You may also be required to work on the layout of contentKeep clients abreast of progress and answer their questionsManage and support other members of the internal communications team teamDraft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken formEnsure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messagesHandle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organisational perception and reputationRequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in an internal communication and/or employee engagement role.Possesses outstanding oral and written communications skills including superior writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills.Demonstrated ability to think analytically and develop solutions that meet the business needs of the firm.Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high quality results on-time and on-budget.Highly motivated, persuasive, priority-driven and collaborative.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups.Consistently demonstrates strong business acumen and judgment.Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
