This role is designed for a highly motivated individual who is adept at working with tax professionals to effectively manage project timelines monitor ongoing project statuses identify opportunities for enhancement and evaluate the outcomes of initiatives.As part of a highgrowth team the successful candidate will primarily be involved in supporting with respect to all nonclient facing initiatives but may also provide project management support on some client facing projects. The successful candidate requires a versatile skill set and a deep understanding of project management principles. Responsibilities will include aiding project leaders in resource allocation participating in the drafting and review of project proposals and engaging in financing activities. In addition the role entails supporting marketing and business development efforts contributing to the expansion and success of our teams portfolio.This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to highimpact projects in a fastpaced innovative environment. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership qualities excellent communication skills and a proven track record in project management preferably within a tax or technology context.Responsibilities:Support the client facing team with respect to all aspects of nonclient work across the Middle East Region including with respect to people strategy and recruitment clients and market strategy business development initiatives training and awareness crossline of service collaboration and collaboration with the PwC global networkLead knowledge building and sharing using knowledge management methodologies techniques and processesKeep track of latest proposals including exact offeringsAssist project leaders to find resources (people) to be assigned on a project. That would involve checking the overall availability of people involved and ensure no over/under workedCollaborate across the PwC global network to identify and drive sales opportunities build a strong pipeline with a One Firm approach and facilitate the closing of sales opportunitiesMonitor the finances of all the projects overall and make insights on the pricing range of offeringsSupport on pursuits and proposals account management marketing and communications client feedback and operationsAbility to monitor multiple (Pillar Two) projects including project finances project status adherence to timelines efficiencies etcMonitor regularly the status of a project and proposals (ongoing stack waiting for info etc) and follow up with project leadersEvaluate project outcomes in terms of quality consistency accuracy overall value completion dates and provider performanceRequirements:The ideal candidate will have:Ability to overlook multiple projects46 years of experience into similar PMO roleLeadership skills to engage with multiple stakeholders either internally or externallyTrack record of success in a PMO roleSuccessful performance within team environments and enjoy being part of a teamExcellent organizational skills having the ability to prioritize workload whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlinesProficient in maintaining rigorous followup with colleagues while upholding the highest standards of professionalismSkills in planning and reporting tools including Microsoft Project Excel PowerPoint and PMO tools (Asana Jira etc.)Excellent communication skills in EnglishExperience in a previous PMO role in tax department is a plusEducation (if blank degree and/or field of study not specified)Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank desired languages not specified)Travel RequirementsAvailable for Work Visa SponsorshipGovernment Clearance RequiredJob Posting End Date This job has been sourced from an external job board.
