We collectively have over 120 years of expertise in AI, marketing, and sales.What are we working on?We partner with AWS, Google, and Nvidia to enable real-time business-customer communication within a simple two-step process. We have built the world's first AI-driven app that matches brick-and-mortar retail inventory with customer location and preferences, driving real-time chats with customers and boosting sales and foot traffic for businesses. We call it D.A.V.E., the Decision Assistance Virtual Environment.What problem are we solving?We address the decline in foot traffic and revenue for brick-and-mortar businesses and poor in-store experiences for customers. Currently, there is no real-time communication between businesses and customers in physical stores. It takes brick-and-mortar retail 17 steps and 6 months to engage their customers with relevant offers. As a result, brick-and-mortar businesses experience a 30% lower conversion rate from visits to sales compared to online stores, along with high costs in acquiring and retaining customers.What is our goal?Our goal is to achieve 40M app users in 36 months. We aim to create a frictionless environment in brick-and-mortar stores with a great selection and great prices. For customers, DAVE offers instant, location-based deals, smart in-store navigation, immersive AR product discovery, product search by photo, and queue-free payments. With DAVE, customers can bypass lines entirely by paying directly through the app. For businesses, our app boosts foot traffic and sales, enhances customer experiences, optimizes inventory management, and reduces staffing costs.What have we achieved?DAVE is nearing completion, with 90% of the project already finished, and we are planning to launch within six months. After a thorough tech audit, Google has invested $350k and provided free access to its advanced AI technology. Additionally, we have been selected as exclusive showrunners for the NRF Show in New York, showcasing at the Future of Retail Exhibition. Currently, we are securing patents for five unique features that enhance our competitive edge and offer monetization potential.What is our business model?DAVE offers significant profit potential through a dual revenue model consisting of subscriptions for B2C customers and transaction/referral fees for B2B clients, targeting over $50M annually.When will we release our product?We are just six months away from launching our app. We are finalizing proof of concept (POC) terms with one of the top 10 premier malls in the MENAT region.What type of investor are we looking for?We are seeking investment partners who are aligned with our vision and recognize the opportunity at hand.
