**The Role**:
We are looking for someone to lead Fundraising and Investor relations at Eazifunds.

You will be magnet for our funding rounds and investment needs. You will generate new investor leads and prospects. You will oversee all aspects of their engagement, due diligence, as well as closing of their investment into our rounds. This role will work cross-functionally, monitoring and optimizing for capital formation and relationship development opportunities. This means you'll pick up that phone, take the meetings, wine, dine (over Zoom as well), and convey our company's proposition to the right people.You will be tasked with making executive fundraising and investor relationship decisions on behalf of the company, including managing budgets, fundraising and making investments to align the company with its vision. You should be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and an expert in fundraising for startups.

You will work directly under the CEO and will act as both a fundraising and investor relationships expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment and is excited to be a the leader of the fundraising and investor relations team collaborating with the rest of the organization.

**You will**:
1. Actively source, outreach, contact and build relationships with potential leads and future investors (Funds, Venture Capitalists, Incubators, financial institutions, pensions, multi-nationals, ultra high net worth individuals, family offices and more)
2. Be responsible for all fundraising goals and targets and close the pre-seed, seed and series rounds of funding
3. Lead the investor relations and communication
4. Lead projects related to lead generation, sales pipeline organizing fundraising roadshows
5. Manage reporting, investor meetings, presentations, preparation of Financial Models, Investment pitches and Exit strategies as required
6. Represent the company, as appropriate, at investor forums to build potential new relationships
7. Act as an advisor to the CEO and management team
8. Manage investor relations team, their performance and Investor databases.

9. Independently lead discussions with potential investors such as Angels, Family Offices, Venture Capital Funds and Private Equity funds to raise capital

10. Ensure the organization is duly funded for all growth phases
Please keep in mind this list is not all inclusive and you may be asked to perform other job functions not otherwise listed.

**Requirements**:
1. Required prior experience of having led fundraising in the technology industry and startups, ideally 5 years or more work experience in alternative asset management or investment banking
2. Proven track record in managing investor relationships, with an existing network of potential investors (Venture Capitalists, PE, Family offices, High net worth Individuals, Corporate Investors and more)
3. Ability to work independently
4. Have strong existing contacts with US, European, Asian, or Middle Eastern investors including but not limited to Venture capitalists, high net worth individuals, endowments, pensions, family offices etc.
5. Strong business ethics and with a view to lead the fundraising for our present and upcoming funding rounds

6. Preference to the person who has experience in pre-seed and seed-stage startup fundraising in the Internet & technology space

7. Highly proficient in proposal development, pitching and presenting, and the international development funding landscape
8. Proven ability to develop and present investor materials (both in written form and in-person presentations), build new relationships and account manage existing relationships

9. Should have the presence and gravitas to represent company
10. Ability to create powerful storylines and convert them into PowerPoint slides
11. Strong deal-making experience
12. Intimately familiar with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors
