The HEC plays a significant role in connecting consumers and Huawei brand.You put consumers first before any other priorities. It’s your job, as a HEC to be approachable and curious, and be at your best to engage consumers before, during and after a purchase.You ask questions and actively listen to our consumers’ needs in order to demonstrate how Huawei can enrich their lives.You help create the energy and excitement around Huawei products, providing the right solutions and getting products into consumers’ hands. The HEC is dedicated to delivering a consumer experience that is unique and every day is an opportunity to turn a new Huawei experience store visitor into a loyal Huawei consumer.You are expected to build brand loyalty and create owners of Huawei products. The HEC must embrace constant change for our consumers’ needs. You are expected to deliver what you say you will and you must commit to decisions that are made through by your supervisor in continuous improvement initiatives to better Huawei HES in-store shopping experience.Proven ability to deliver great consumer experiences in a very active environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.Strong communication skills to converse freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual consumers.You have a passion for learning about Huawei technology and products, and agility at learning new products and features.Stay on top of news about industrial leading technology and products updates, ready to apply your learning in consumer interactions.You’re willing to learn and embrace HUAWEI Experience Style.You have strong people skills- you’re approachable, a good listener and empathetic.Additional requirements:You have demonstrated previous sales experience in a fast-paced environment.Cross-industry experience is welcome- a retail background is a must.Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and customer service skills.You read, write and speak English or local language fluently. Additional language ability is an advantageAbility to prioritize tasks effectively.You are flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.Minimum 3 years of retail experience of any retail establishment.
