Vendor Management Assistant

Maintains vendor database in SAP ERP Systems and files with current and complete information.Follows established processes for vendor accreditation forms for supply and servicesFollows established process for vendor performance evaluation forms and safekeepingEnsures that all information (particularly ratings and evaluations) is accurate and up to dateUpdate the list of contractors databased with PCAB license compliance and DOLE Certificate of RegistrationAssists new suppliers with the Vendor Accreditation processEnsures that all required documents and forms are completed for approved vendorsAssists the Accounting Department with vendor communicationsSupport Procurement team and other Departments in evaluating selected vendors in complying with the Vendor Management PolicyPerform operational review tasks under the direction of Procurement Manager – Such as periodic re-assessments, reporting analysis, backfilling historical data, following up on issues identified via diligence reviews etc.Update the SAP System and consult with the Procurement team as neededParticipate in Vendor procedures and processesActively participate in meetings with vendor when necessaryDisseminate relevant vendor reports to Procurement TeamPercentage Compliance Report per Assigned Procurement AssistantReports on the list of blacklisted VendorsUpdated Vendor Directory per CategoryEffective maintenance of the vendor management system that reflects the appropriate treatment of sanctioned vendorsAnswering any consultations that other business units may have on vendor management proceduresPerforming other functions as may be assigned by Procurement Manager/Head Disclaimer: Drjobs.ae
