About the roleIn this role, you will develop solutions based on customer brief for coating, functional and taste system for Meat end use market.The RDA technologist - Meat role will report to the RDA manager Meat.The successful candidate will be based in our office in Dubai.Key responsibilitiesAs part of this role you will be responsible for:Application of Kerry solutions on end productsProducts preparation for customer presentationDevelop market suitable products in line with customer brief utilizing Kerry technologiesIndependently planand completeproduct development work with appropriate project management (communication on project status to manager, sales and customer.)Understand systems and RDAways of working including use of Salesforce (opportunity management), Optiva (recipe creation), MDG, SAPMaintainlab consumables, equipment and ingredients in safe and hygienic storage.Qualifications and skillsMinimum of B. Tech or M.Sc. in Food Science/Technology or equivalent qualificationsExperience of working in the lab – hands onProject management and organisational skillsCommunication skills to interface with other business functions.Be a team playerDrive and accountabilityBeware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us.
