**About the role**:
In this role, you will develop solutions based on customer brief for coating, functional and taste system for Meat end use market.

The RDA technologist - Meat role will report to the RDA manager Meat.

**Key responsibilities**:
As part of this role you will be responsible for:

- Application of Kerry solutions on end products
- Products preparation for customer presentation
- Develop market suitable products in line with customer brief utilizing Kerry technologies
- Independently plan and complete product development work with appropriate project management (communication on project status to manager, sales and customer.)
- Understand systems and RDA ways of working including use of Salesforce (opportunity management), Optiva (recipe creation), MDG, SAP
- Maintain lab consumables, equipment and ingredients in safe and hygienic storage.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Minimum of B. Tech or M.Sc. in Food Science/Technology or equivalent qualifications
- Experience of working in the lab - hands on
- Project management and organisational skills
- Innovation skills
- Communication skills to interface with other business functions.
- Be a team player
