to be based in
Dubai United Arab Emirates.Job Overview:Within People and Organization Consulting services will provide you with the opportunity to help their clients reset their talent strategies and deliver extraordinary business results through their people. With focus on evaluating and managing their unique challenges so our clients can maximize their return on the overall investment in human capital. As a Senior Manager youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.Responsibilities:Encourage everyone to have a voice and invite opinion from all including quieter members of the teamDeal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situationsInitiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail. Anticipate stakeholder needs and develop and discuss potential solutions even beforethe stakeholder realises they are requiredContribute technical knowledge in area of specialismContribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apartNavigate the complexities of crossborder and/or diverse teams and engagementsInitiate and lead open conversations with teams clients and stakeholders to build trustUphold the firms code of ethics and business conductQualifications:10 12 years of relevant experience of working on human capital problemswithin a consulting environment ideally with one of the Big 4 firms a HR consultancy or a global strategy house or in a challenging inhouse roleExcellent organizational skills having the ability to prioritize workload whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlinesProven IT skills in the following programs excel word and PowerPointThe ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide where the project requirements dictateExposure to data gathering techniques and analysis and reporting insights in a clear and effective way is desirableAbility to evaluate and manage our clients unique challenges in order to ensure we can maximize their return on the overall investment in human capitalBachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Human Resources Business Administration or PsychologyThe following qualification(s) are preferable and beneficial for the candidate to perform the role CIPD GPHR SHRM or equivalent is preferred Disclaimer: Drjobs.ae
