To be achieved through the development of clear strategies and tactical support of marketing campaigns, communications, bidding and key client activity.Business Generation Manager | Turner & Townsend Dubai | Apply NowResponsibilities:Strategy and cultureSupport the relevant Country Manager and Cost centre leads to develop BG strategy and annual plan that’s aligned with Vision 2025 and the local business planTake the lead on implementing the annual BG plan, working with the Country Manager, local leadership team and wider Middle East BG team as requiredSupport with delivery of BG best practice trainingMarketing and communicationsWorking with the global and regional BG teams, to support a regular and compelling flow of content to clients and prospects, through social and traditional mediaSupport regional marketing campaigns to drive increased client engagement and lead generationProvide support and advise to technical teams regarding awards, social media, collateral, marketing channelsSupport the development and execution of the regional internal communications planBids and systemsSupport large/complex bids, assisting with bid strategy and executionProactively monitor and influence bid conversion through analysing and disseminating reporting and capturing best practiceSupporting development and capture of bidding tools, case studies and CVsKey clientsEnsure alignment to the regional Key Client Programme methodology and leverage appropriate toolsQualificationsSkills and behaviours required:Able to prioritise and manage multiple and tight deadlinesAgile and able to operate in an entrepreneurial environmentStrong copywriting skills and ability to identify and shape key messagesCommunicates credibly and effectively about marketing/ BD best practiceQualifications:5 years+ experience across business development, marketing and bidding in the professional services sector, ideally within the built environmentA relevant first degreeEvidence of continued professional developmentKnowledge and experience of the advisory/consultancy/real estate sector an advantageDemonstrable commitment to and skills for developing the performance of junior colleaguesProfessional membership of a recognised institutionAdditional InformationRole dependenciesReports into the Associate Director, Middle East Business GenerationThis role does not have any line management responsibility, some access to administrative supportThis role is not client facing
