Business Development reports to :
Business Development Manager As a Corporate Business Development Executive at East Wing Tourism & Travel LLC, your role is integral to driving the growth of our corporate client base. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and contributing to the overall expansion and success of the company's corporate travel services. Market Research and Analysisss:

Conduct thorough marketresearch to identify potential corporate clients, industry trends, andcompetitor activities.
´
Analyze market data to identifyopportunities for business growth and development.
Client Acquisition:
´
Identify and prospect potentialcorporate clients for East Wing's travel services.
´
Develop and implementstrategies to acquire new corporate accounts and expand the client portfolio.
Relationship Building:
´
Establish and nurture strongrelationships with key decision-makers within corporate organizations.
´
Collaborate with otherdepartments to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
Proposal Development:
´
Prepare compelling business proposalsand presentations tailored to the specific needs of corporate clients.
´
Work closely with the marketingteam to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting corporateclients.
Negotiation and Contracting:
´
Negotiate terms, conditions,and pricing agreements with corporate clients.
´
Prepare and finalize contracts,ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Revenue Generation:
´
Set and achieve sales targetsfor corporate travel services.
´
Continuously identify upsellingand cross-selling opportunities within the corporate client base.
Collaboration with Operations:
´
Collaborate with the operationsteam to ensure seamless service delivery to corporate clients.
´
Provide feedback on clientrequirements to enhance service offerings.
Networking:
´
Attend industry events,conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and promote EastWing's corporate travel services.
´
Represent the company in aprofessional and positive manner at all external engagements.
Qualifications and Skills:
´
Bachelor's degree in Business,Marketing, or a related field.
´
Proven experience in corporatebusiness development, sales, or a related role.
´
In-depth knowledge of thecorporate travel industry, including policies, procedures, and emerging trends.
´
Strong communication andnegotiation skills.
´
Results-driven with a focus onachieving and exceeding sales targets.
´
Excellent interpersonal andrelationship-building abilities.
´
Ability to work independentlyand as part of a collaborative team.
´
