Assistant Manager – Training & Development | Kitopi DubaiWith over 4,000 employees, Kitopi currently operates 200+ locations across the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar, and runs its engineering hub in Krakow, Poland, its robotics hub in Denmark, and its global customer experience center in Dubai, UAE.Assistant Manager – Training & Development | Kitopi Dubai | Apply NowWhat You’ll DoDrive the implementation of the global training strategy in the area of responsibility across backliners and frontliners and all sub-departments (including but not limited to office-based, kitchen-based, front-of-house, and warehouse Kitopians):Design and plan training programs aligned to the global training strategy and departmental needsLead and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions both online and offlineCascade training knowledge through designing, planning and leading train-the-trainer programs with stakeholders (including but not limited to Team Leads, Operations Leads, etc.)Manage Trainers trained through Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs, ensure continuity and up-to-date knowledge and ensure adequate training deliveryLead and oversee employee induction and orientation for all new Kitopians in the area of responsibilityAct as SME for all training and learning topics in your area of responsibility:Adopt a customer-oriented approach to internal customers, maintain close collaboration with key stakeholders and act as key partnerIdentify training needs in collaboration with department and team leadersDesign, plan, and deliver training programs and materials based on identified training needsMonitor training quality and impact on business, and measure its effectiveness based on defined success criteria and KPIsCollaborate and seek feedback from training stakeholders to assess impactAudit, maintain and enrich Kitopi’s LMS for the area of responsibility as well as topics of expertise, ensuring content is readily available and up-to-dateMonitor data cleanliness and accuracyRegularly report on training completion and progression to management and stakeholdersMaintain and create learning journeys aligned to the global training strategy and the department’s goalsAct as a change driver in the organization:Assist in special projects and initiatives by creating, planning and delivering training programsDrive initiatives with high employee impactWhat Are We Looking ForIndustry and organization experience:Strong F&B experience, such as in restaurants or hotels, ideally in large organizationsExperience working in a complex matrix organization or environmentPrevious experience in training, learning and development:Deep understanding of adult learning principles and their applications to different training contextsKnowledge of a variety of training methods and techniques, including interactive activities, simulations, case studies, and role plays to enhance the learning experienceExperience with instructional and/or learning content creation and content designExperiences with LMS, such as learner journey creation, course assignment, course completion monitoring, and reportingPersonal skills:Autonomous and able to work independently towards targetsStrong people skills, with stakeholder management and collaboration skillsTeam player with positive energyCan-do attitude, not afraid to work under pressure in a high-performance environmentDon’t miss out on this exciting opportunity – apply now at dubaiofferz.com
