ResponsibilitiesOwn the video content strategy, defining repeatable formats and channel roles for long-form and short-form contentLead the production team and end-to-end content operations, from planning through edit direction and deliveryBuild, manage, and develop a production team including editors and specialist content rolesManage the long-form to short-form pipeline, ensuring systematic conversion into platform-native clips like Reels and ShortsProduce video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and tournament seriesOwn content performance analytics and establish metrics frameworks for each channelReport to senior management on audience growth and commercial contributionsRequirementsProven track record of growing audiences through long-form and short-form videoExperience building and leading a video production teamStrong command of video packaging, including titles, thumbnails, hooks, and structureDeep knowledge of video performance metrics (CTR, retention curves, watch-through rates)Experience operating gaming or gambling-adjacent content on social platformsUnderstanding of poker or the ability to learn the game quicklyAbility to manage a multi-channel content operation end-to-end
