Team Lead HSE
for one of our Offshore PMC projects to be based in Abu Dhabi. Qualification Required
The candidates should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering in relevant discipline from accredited university. Responsibilities
Lead HSE planning and execution across offshore sites, including artificial islands, platforms, and subsea systems. Develop and implement HSE policies, risk assessments, and emergency response plans. Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and closed. Interface with client representatives, regulatory bodies, and EPC contractors to ensure alignment with project HSE goals. Mentor and supervise HSE officers and engineers, fostering a proactive safety culture. Ensure compliance with ADNOC and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, NEBOSH). Experience Required
Minimum 15 to 18+ years of HSE experience
in oil & gas, with
5 to 8+ years in offshore
leadership roles. Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET) and NEBOSH IGC or equivalent are mandatory. Must have experience in managing all Health, Safety, and Environment activities for offshore oil and gas construction Proven track record in managing HSE for mega EPC projects, shutdowns, and brownfield upgrades PMC experience will be preferred Previous experience in the ADNOC Offshore projects in the similar role would be an added advantage #LI-AG1 #ONSITE
