Entity: Trading & ShippingJob Family Group: Supply & TradingRelocation available: NoTravel required: NegotiableTime Type: Full timeCountry: United Arab EmiratesExperience Level: IntermediateResponsibilitiesSupport development of commercial proposals (including cross‐bench) and progression of opportunities to detailed negotiations and executionProvide timely information flow and insights regarding local and regional trade flows, or/and regular updates on our strategic customersPromote alignment and coordinated relationship management with key external customers, including for senior management engagementsEnsure the origination hopper for Dubai is aligned with bench prioritiesWork closely with the regional T&S finance lead to run and support business activity and RSO governanceDevelop a shared understanding of key market developmentsSupport internal coordination on key customer relationshipsDevelop external contacts with counter‐parties in support of the Trading and Shipping businessPromote and integrate new tools including MS Teams and Salesforce to support business deliveryQualificationsBachelor's Degree3‐4 years of significant experienceAbility to prioritise and coordinate workNumerate and analytical with strong attention to detailExcellent problem‐solving skillsExcellent teamwork, communication and influencing skills
