SUMMARY
Lead full HR function and people strategy. Partner with CEO on talent attraction, development, retention, high-performance culture, and UAE labour law compliance. RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop HR strategy aligned to business; advise on org design, workforce planning, people risks Own end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, onboarding; build leadership pipelines Run performance cycles, succession planning, high-potential programmes; drive mobility Design salary structures, grading, incentives; benchmark pay; oversee payroll/WPS Deliver training and build leadership capability Lead employee engagement, culture, and manage employee relations fairly Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, MoHRE, WPS, GPSSA, visas, and Emiratisation KPIs
Time-to-hire, quality of hire, turnover/retention, engagement scores, leadership pipeline, budget control, zero regulatory penalties REQUIREMENTS
12+ years HR (5+ senior leadership); generalist across all functions Bachelor's HR/Business Admin; Master's/MBA preferred CIPD Level 7 or SHRM-SCP preferred Strong UAE Labour Law knowledge Strategic thinking, leadership, stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making Fluent English and Arabic
