Responsibilities
Coach leaders to raise their performance against management excellence standards
Conduct organizational diagnoses and drive improvement plans
Develop and supervise practitioners working in the field
Turn 360 feedback into actionable commitments
Define and implement new ways of working for a globally distributed company
Requirements
Deep hands-on coaching and organizational development experience with leaders and teams
Proven track record of measurably changing leader behavior
Ability to maintain credibility with senior directors
Effectiveness in operating without formal authority
Exceptional academic track record
Excellent written and spoken English
Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year
Preferred Qualifications
Management consulting background
Experience coaching in distributed, technical organizations
Experience building competency or development frameworks
Experience designing and running workshops (in-person and online)
Learning-design judgment for development materials
